The Service

PetPet is a free browser-based tool for turning an image into an animated GIF. The core generator requires no account or payment. The editor is temporary: download your GIF before refreshing or closing the page.

Your Images and GIFs

Use only images you have permission to edit and share. You retain any rights you already hold in your source image. Generating a GIF does not grant rights to third-party characters, logos, photographs, or other protected material.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the service to violate applicable laws, infringe others' rights, distribute harmful content, or interfere with the website. You are responsible for how you use and share generated GIFs.

Availability and Results

Output depends on the source image, chosen settings, and browser capabilities. Other platforms may resize or compress your GIF. The service is provided as available; we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or preservation of unsaved edits.

Liability and Changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses resulting from use of the service. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. Changes to these terms will be reflected in the date above.
